Yet another title change for one of Bella’s films! Cogan’s Trade has officially been renamed to Killing Them Softly.
I know that a lot of our readers are very interested in seeing Cogan’s Trade, which is the new film from Andrew Dominik (Chopper, The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford) starring Brad Pitt and a wonderful supporting cast. Trouble is, now it seems that you’ll never see Cogan’s Trade. To be more specific, you’ll get a chance to see Dominik’s new movie, but it will have a different title.
Variety’s Jeff Sneider said via Twitter: The Brad Pitt pic Cogan’s Trade has been retitled Killing Them Softly.

The first promotional photo from Dark Shadows has been released, and features Bella as Victoria Winters.
Victoria Winters (Bella Heathcote) — This young woman arrives to become David’s new governess, only to find herself swept up in the vampire-witch melodrama. “When Barnabas meets Victoria, he’s instantly reminded of the woman he lost in the 1700s, before he was cursed to be a vampire,” Grahame-Smith says. “I wouldn’t say he falls in love with her, but there’s an instant attraction, an instant connection.” Is she the reincarnation of his doomed lover Josette du Pres? “We get the sense at the beginning she has a secret past, and that’s unraveled as it goes on,” the screenwriter says.

2 BELLA HEATHCOTE
23, Melbourne
Where you’ve seen her On TV in Neighbours, on the big screen in acclaimed Aussie war flick Beneath Hill 60 (2009).
Where you should look out for her Opposite such nobodies as Brad Pitt (in Cogan’s Trade, 2012) and Johnny Depp (in Tim Burton’s Dark Shadows, 2012).
It’s likely one of the few films Meryl Streep leaves off her CV but the performance of one of her co-stars proved pivotal in turning a 12-year-old from Melbourne on to acting. ”I remember being completely mesmerised by Isabella Rossellini in Death Becomes Her [1992],” Bella Heathcote says.
Last year Heathcote won the prestigious Heath Ledger Scholarship and now she’s working with some of the world’s biggest movie stars – but the prospect of fame and fortune that comes with the latter is not what drives her.
”My main ambition as an actor is to have longevity,” Heathcote says. ”I want to do this for the rest of my life and be able to choose roles for all the right reasons.”
